Shipping & Handling – Because Your New Favorite Piece Deserves a Safe Trip

Processing Time:
All our handmade products are made with love (and, more often than not, a bit of swearing), so please give us 5-10 business days to get your order ready for shipping. Custom orders might take a little longer, but we promise it's worth the wait. You’ll get a tracking number and/or shipping notification once your order is on its way!

Shipping Methods & Rates:
We offer a variety of shipping options—standard, expedited, and insured—so you can choose the method that works best for you. Rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed.

International Shipping:
We happily ship outside of the United States! If you're in a country that requires us to collect taxes or customs fees, we may create a custom listing via Etsy so they can take care of all the international paperwork for us. Just let us know, and we’ll work it out!

Lost or Damaged Items:
We’ve got you covered! If your item arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, and you’ve selected an insured shipping method, we can offer a replacement (unless it’s a one-of-a-kind piece) or store credit. If there’s an issue, contact us right away, and we’ll sort it out for you.

Returns & Exchanges:
Since our items are handmade, returns and exchanges are only available for defective or incorrectly shipped items. If there’s an issue, reach out ASAP, and we’ll do our best to make it right. We want you to be happy with your order!
