Dear Potty Mouth supporters, I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to update you on the current status of Potty Mouth Studio, and I deeply regret that I have to share some difficult news. As some of you may already know, I’ve recently faced a series of health and production challenges. My health has been impacted by the arrival of a new baby, and on top of that, ongoing weather conditions — including persistent rain and a cold front — have caused significant delays in production. The weather has extended drying times and introduced potential risks to the clay, making it difficult to maintain the high standards of quality that I’ve always strived to offer. After much thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily pause production at Potty Mouth Studio. Unfortunately, I have to issue refunds for any outstanding orders until I’m able to recover fully and bring production back up to its usual capacity. I want to make sure that when I resume, I can do so with the same quality you’ve come to expect from me over the years. Refunds will be processed shortly via the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Please note that the funds may take some time to appear in your account, depending on the processing time associated with your payment method. I understand that this may be disappointing, especially if you were hoping to have your items ready as Christmas gifts. Please know that offering a refund, rather than pushing through with an uncertain timeline, is not a decision I’ve taken lightly. My goal is to ensure that when I’m able to produce again, it will be at full capacity and with the level of craftsmanship you’ve always trusted. I sincerely hope there are no hard feelings. Your support means the world to me, and I’m looking forward to resuming business once I am able to return to my pre-production capacity. In the meantime, I truly appreciate your understanding.
