What types of products do you sell?
We specialize in handmade ceramics (mostly mugs and cups), stainless steel jewelry that’s hypoallergenic and super durable, engraved accessories, and a few curated goodies from other small businesses that share our love for quality, humor, and kindness.

When will you restock?

To see when our next shop update will be, we recommend following us on instagram and checking the bio for the next shop update date. If there is something you'd like to see in the shop update, send us a DM and we'll try to make some of those for you! We may not always be able to respond to DMs, but we usually see it (if Instagram doesn't block it)!

Do you take custom orders?
We do offer custom pieces, but not all the time. Custom orders open up occasionally, and we’ll always announce when we’re accepting them again. In the meantime, check out our shop for ready-to-ship items or send us a message if you have a special request in mind!

What if I don’t want swear words on my products?
No worries! If you're not into the swearing (or you just want a different vibe), we’re happy to create something that fits your style. Just reach out, and we’ll make it happen. We’re all about spreading kindness, no matter how you express it.

How do I care for my ceramics and jewelry?

  • Ceramics: Most of our ceramic mugs and cups are dishwasher- and microwave-safe, except for those with luster finishes (they prefer a gentler touch). If the artwork is intricate, hand-washing is your best bet. But don’t worry—each product listing has specific care instructions if you're ever unsure.
  • Jewelry: Our surgical stainless steel jewelry is non-tarnishing, hypoallergenic, and waterproof—you can rock it all day, every day. No need to worry about sweat, water, or chemicals messing with it. Just avoid excessive abrasion if you want to maintain that mirror-like finish.
  • Earrings: earrings made with acrylic and stainless steel are okay to get wet. If your earrings are made with any wood, please do not get them wet. Water can damage the wood, any paint that may be on it, or loosen any glue used to adhere them to metal. Please store any wood jewelry away from moisture.

What is hand stamped?

Hand stamping is the stamping of letters or symbols one by one with a hammer or metal press on a piece of metal jewelry. Because each letter or symbol is stamped one by one, this means that the letters may not always be perfectly straight or centered, and that the depth of some letters or symbols may vary. This makes each piece truly one-of-a-kind and special to you, and is the result of a piece made by hand.

Is all pottery food-safe?

Not always! Any item titled as a mug or plate is food-safe (unless otherwise noted). This means that the inside portions are completely coated in non-toxic, food-safe glazes. Always check the description of the particular item you are purchase/have purchased to make sure it is food-safe. If you purchase a piece that features natural clay inside, such as a planter or vase, then it is NOT food-safe. Sometimes small jewelry dishes or catch-all trays are not food safe as they may only be painted with underglaze where you would normally place food.

Can I drink hot liquids with my mug?

Of course! We recommend warming up your mug with some warm water prior to pouring extremely hot liquids such as water straight out of a boiling kettle as sometimes extreme, sudden, temperature changes could create cracks.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 5-10 business days. Custom orders may take a little extra time (but trust us, it’s worth the wait). You’ll get a tracking number and/or shipping notification as soon as your goodies are on their way!

Do you ship internationally?
Yep! We happily ship outside of the United States. If you're in a country that requires us to collect taxes or customs fees, we may create a custom listing via Etsy so they can take care of all the international paperwork for us. Just let us know, and we’ll work it out!

Can I return or exchange my item?
We want you to love what you ordered, but since many of our pieces are handmade (and some are custom), returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective items or mistakes we’ve made. If there’s an issue with your order, reach out to us right away, and we’ll fix it! If you selected an insured shipping method, your order is likely covered by insurance for replacements, except for one-of-a-kind or ready-to-ship pieces.

What if I can’t find care instructions for a piece I bought?
Don’t stress—each item listing on our site has specific care instructions. If you’ve lost your listing or need further guidance, feel free to drop us an email or Contact Us. We’ll get back to you ASAP!
